If you need to cancel, or reschedule, please email or fill in the website contact form. You'll be moved to another course if possible.

If you wish to cancel, the following terms apply:

- cancel within 2 weeks of the course = no refund

- cancel within 2-4 weeks before the course = 75% refund

- cancel greater than 4 weeks before the course = full refund minus £5 admin fee.

A full refund will be given if the course has to be cancelled for any reason (Covid, illness, aliens, marriage proposal from Johnny Depp.)

Where possible, your booking will be transfered to another date.

Refunds are not available for bespoke items.

• There are 2 small steps into the workshop.

• The workshop tables are high, with tall stools to sit on

• There is an accessible toilet 

• Parking is free

• There is a small cafe onsite selling sandwiches and cakes etc

• There is no smoking or vaping in or around the workshop

• Enamel paints and white spirits create fumes. Please be mindful of this if you have breathing issues. An extractor fan will clear fumes periodically.

• Enamel paints stain clothing.

• The chemicals used make my courses unsuitable for under 12's.
